Bio: James has led GlobalFreight through its most transformative decade, expanding operations from 6 to 18 offices and growing revenue fourfold. Former VP at DHL Global Forwarding with 28 years in logistics.
2. Sophie Chen — Chief Operating Officer

Expertise: Operations, Supply Chain | INSEAD MBA
Bio: Sophie oversees all freight and logistics operations across GlobalFreight’s global network. She previously managed Asia-Pacific supply chains at Kuehne+Nagel and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
3. Rami Al-Hassan — VP, Global Freight

Expertise: Ocean Freight, Air Cargo | 22 years experience
Bio: Rami leads all global freight divisions including ocean, air, road, and project cargo. He brings 22 years of maritime expertise and was previously a senior director at Mediterranean Shipping Company.
